Each program at the event will have a virtual component to ensure that those of you who are joining remotely will not be left out. For the networking session, you will be assigned a random breakout room in Zoom which will correspond to different screens at the live event, so that in-person attendees can also gather to network with you. The plenary, panel, and forum will all be joined from your main Virtual Event Page personalized link.
You may come and go from the event as you please, but you must properly check out from the event. You can check out of the event by either closing out the tab on which you are viewing the session or the page in which you linked out from. You may rejoin the event at any time by following the same access link on the same browser and device from your confirmation and reminder emails.
We are taking every possible health precaution to keep you safe should you join us for the live events. We want to take every measure to protect against emergent strains or a failure to develop immune responses to Covid-19.
Upon arrival, we will take your temperature, and you will fill out a contactless health declaration and check-in. We will continue to practice social distancing and mask-wearing in the common space.
If your health status changes, you can always modify your RSVP via your confirmation or reminder emails.
Join us on the Splash Virtual Event Page for an interactive event on Zoom. We will use Zoom Breakouts for the networking portion of the event, as well as the Kahoot app for participatory activities. During the Interactive Forum, use the "raise hand" feature to take part.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that is unique to you and which cannot be shared or re-used. We will also provide you with the ability to modify your RSVP in the future, and will send you a reminder email as the event approaches.
